Building electricity supply network of local production for local consumption utilizing renewable energy

Enernet Global Inc. (‘’Enernet’’), a United States-based venture company, develops microgrid and distributed energy resources projects* targeting customers that primarily use diesel power generation. More specifically, Enernet uses its in-house proprietary software platform to rapidly design an optimal facility configuration and its operation with distributed energy sources such as renewable energy and battery storage. Enernet also develops projects expeditiously, focusing on regions such as Asia, Oceania and the Caribbean for customers in the industrial and commercial sectors.

In 2020, we invested in and also formed a strategic partnership with Enernet. Through collaboration with Enernet, we will accelerate further microgrid business through co-development with the company, and we will also contribute to environmental load mitigation by reducing diesel power generation.

*Electricity supply projects that utilize local generation on site,using various sources (such as diesel and solar) and batteries, for local customers in off-grid areas.
