US Solar Power Generation Portfolio

－Our first renewable energy project in the United States－

We participate in a solar power generation portfolio by acquiring a 40% interest stake from Enfinity Global. The portfolio includes 28 solar generation facilities located in California, Idaho and North Carolina, with an aggregated output of 400 MW. These solar facilities began operations in separate phases between 2013 and 2019, and have been contributing to the regional power supply through long-term power purchase agreements with local utilities in each state. This marks Kyuden Group’s first investment in renewable energy portfolios in the United States.
