We formed a capital alliance with Shizen International Inc. (hereafter Shizen International) in 2022. Shizen International implements overseas projects and is a group company of Shizen Energy Inc. (Shizen Energy), a renewable energy developer headquartered in Fukuoka City, Japan.
Shizen International is actively promoting the development of solar and wind power mainly in Southeast Asia, by applying Shizen Energy’s experience gained by developing renewable energy in Japan. With this capital alliance, we are striving to expand our renewable energy business, by utilizing Shizen International‘s network rooted in the region, and exploring future development opportunities with the company.
