We participate in Westmoreland Gas-Fired Power Project in Pennsylvania (the “Westmoreland Power Plant”) through its acquisition of a 12.5% interest in Tenaska Pennsylvania Partners, LLC.

The Westmoreland Power Plant, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, is utilizing a gas combined-cycle generating system equipped with state-of-the-art gas turbines. The Westmoreland Power Plant supplies electricity to the north-eastern part of the United States through PJM.
